Privacy Policy

本隐私政策由 PERSATUAN DEWAN KHAI CHIANG SENG-ONG-HU MALAYSIA（注册号 PPM-001-14-22052023）（以下简称「本会」、「马来西亚開漳聖王府总会」、「MKCA」、「我们」）制定，适用于透过本网站、WhatsApp、Facebook 及任何相关渠道与我们互动的所有用户（「您」）。

This Privacy Policy is issued by Persatuan Dewan Khai Chiang Seng-Ong-Hu Malaysia (Reg. No. PPM-001-14-22052023), a registered society also known as "MKCA" ("we", "us", "our"). It applies to all users ("you") who interact with us through our website, WhatsApp, Facebook and any related channels.

一、我们收集的资料1. Information We Collect

为提供会员登记、文化活动报名、公益 CSR 及善款捐助服务，我们可能收集以下信息：

To provide membership registration, cultural event participation, CSR programmes and donation services, we may collect:

• 基本资料 / Basic data：姓名、联系号码（WhatsApp）、电子邮件、居住国家或地区 / name, contact number (WhatsApp), email, country or region of residence.
• 会员资料 / Membership data：会员激活时提供的姓名、性别，以及大马身份证号码（IC）用于会员身份核实；如另行提供，出生年月日、时辰用于文化祈福 / name and gender provided during membership activation, and your Malaysian IC number collected for member identity verification; date of birth and birth hour where provided, used for cultural blessings.
• 捐款/付款资料 / Donation & payment data：付款截图、参考号、付款渠道（本会不存储您的银行卡完整号码）/ payment screenshots, reference numbers and channel. We do not store full bank card numbers.
• 通讯记录 / Communications：WhatsApp、Facebook 对话记录 / WhatsApp and Facebook conversation records.
• 自动收集资料 / Automatically collected data：IP 地址、浏览器类型、访问时间、Cookie 数据 / IP address, browser type, access time and cookie data.
• 祈福对象资料 / Prayer subject data：您为祈福或还债所填写的家属姓名、与您的关系、健在或已往生状态；如另行提供，其出生日期 / names of family members you provide for blessing or debt-repayment purposes, their relationship to you, and whether they are living or deceased; date of birth where provided.
• 信仰相关资料 / Belief-related data：您所选择的服务类别、排盘或问事过程产生的记录。此类资料可能反映宗教信仰，属《个人资料保护法令 2010》第 40 条所指的敏感个人资料，本会仅在您明示同意后处理 / the service categories you select and records generated during a divination session. Such data may reveal religious belief and constitutes sensitive personal data under section 40 of the PDPA 2010; we process it only with your explicit consent.

二、资料用途2. How We Use Your Information

• 处理会员登记、会员激活及功德积分 / Process membership registration, activation and merit points.
• 安排文化活动、法会与公益 CSR 项目 / Organise cultural events, ceremonies and CSR programmes.
• 透过 WhatsApp 发送活动通知、会员福利及善款收据 / Send event notices, member benefits and donation acknowledgements via WhatsApp.
• AI 客服系统（WhatsApp Bot）自动回复常见查询 / Provide automated replies to common queries via our AI assistant (WhatsApp Bot).
• 改善网站体验及本会服务内容 / Improve our website experience and services.
• 发送文化活动、公益倡议通知（您可随时退订）/ Send cultural and CSR notifications (you may opt out anytime).
• 遵守马来西亚适用法律、社团注册及监管要求 / Comply with applicable Malaysian laws, society-registration and regulatory requirements.

三、资料共享3. Information Sharing

我们不会出售您的个人资料。以下情况下，我们可能与受信任的服务提供商共享必要资料：

We do not sell your personal data. We may share necessary data with trusted service providers in the following cases:

• 付款/捐款服务商 / Payment providers：如 TNG eWallet、DuitNow、Maybank、Billplz（各有其隐私政策）/ each has its own privacy policy.
• WhatsApp 业务平台 / WhatsApp Business Platform：Meta WhatsApp Business API.
• AI 服务 / AI services：Anthropic Claude API（仅用于生成回复，不储存个人可识别资料）/ used only to generate responses; no personally identifiable data is stored by them.
• 法律要求 / Legal requirements：当法律、监管机构、社团注册局或法院命令要求时 / where required by law, regulators, the Registry of Societies or court order.

四、Cookie 政策4. Cookies

本网站使用 Cookie 以：/ Our website uses cookies to:

• 必要 Cookie / Essential：维持网站基本功能 / keep the site functioning.
• 分析 Cookie / Analytics：了解访问来源及用户行为，用于改善服务 / understand traffic and behaviour to improve services.
• 功能性 Cookie / Functional：记住您的语言偏好 / remember your language preference.

五、资料安全5. Data Security

我们采取合理的技术及组织措施保护您的个人资料，包括：HTTPS 加密传输、访问权限控制、定期安全审查。尽管如此，互联网传输并非百分之百安全，本会无法保证绝对安全。

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption, access controls and periodic security reviews. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

六、您的权利（PDPA 2010）6. Your Rights (PDPA 2010)

根据马来西亚《个人资料保护法令 2010》，您有权：/ Under the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you have the right to:

• 查阅本会持有的您的个人资料 / access the personal data we hold about you;
• 要求更正不准确或不完整的资料 / request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• 在特定情况下要求删除资料 / request deletion of data in certain circumstances;
• 撤回对特定资料处理的同意（可能影响服务的提供）/ withdraw consent to specific processing (this may affect service delivery);
• 要求限制对您资料的处理 / request restriction of processing.

如需行使上述权利，请以书面形式联系我们（见下方联系资料）。我们将在 21 个工作日内回复。To exercise these rights, please contact us in writing (see below). We will respond within 21 working days.

七、资料保留7. Data Retention

会员及捐款记录保留 7 年，以符合马来西亚社团注册及税务法规要求。其他资料将在合理期限内删除，或应您的要求予以删除。

Membership and donation records are retained for 7 years to comply with Malaysian society-registration and tax regulations. Other data is deleted within a reasonable period, or upon your request.

排盘服务的特别保留期：透过 關理錢莊 GLQZ 排盘服务提交但未完成付款的记录，自提交之日起 90 天后，系统会自动清除姓名、地址、生辰及家属姓名等可识别资料，仅保留不指向任何个人的统计记录。已完成付款者依上述 7 年商业记录规定保存。

Special retention for divination sessions: Sessions submitted through Guan Li Qian Zhuang (GLQZ) that are not followed by payment will have identifying details — name, address, birth details and family member names — automatically erased 90 days after submission, leaving only non-identifying statistical records. Paid sessions are retained under the 7-year rule above.

八、政策更新8. Changes to This Policy

本会保留随时修订本政策的权利。修订后将在本页公布并注明生效日期。继续使用本服务即视为同意修订后的政策。

We reserve the right to revise this Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

九、關理錢莊（GLQZ）排盘服务专属条款9. Guan Li Qian Zhuang (GLQZ) Divination Services

關理錢莊 GLQZ 为本会旗下品牌，其所提供的還陰債排盘、三才燈供灯等服务，资料控制者同为本会（PPM-001-14-22052023），适用本政策全部条款，并另有以下补充：

Guan Li Qian Zhuang (GLQZ) is a brand operated by the Association, offering divination (Yin Debt Settlement) and lamp-offering (Three Divine Lamps) services. The data controller is the Association (PPM-001-14-22052023). This Policy applies in full, with the following additions:

• 关于家属／供灯对象资料：排盘过程需要您填写家属姓名与健在／已往生状态；三才燈供灯则需填写供灯对象姓名。请仅在您知情且合理的范围内填写。提交即表示您确认：该等资料是在家属本人知情的情况下、或由您作为其直系亲属代为提供，用于本次宗教仪式。The session requires family member names and living/deceased status. Please provide only what is within your knowledge and reasonable to share. By submitting, you confirm these details are provided with their knowledge, or by you as an immediate family member, for this religious ceremony.
• 关于同意：排盘第一步设有独立的同意勾选，不预先勾选。未勾选则无法开始排盘。您可随时透过下方联络方式撤回同意。A separate, non-pre-ticked consent checkbox is presented at the first step. Without it the session cannot begin. You may withdraw consent at any time via the contact details below.
• 关于生辰与八字（三才燈）：三才燈供灯需要您提供出生日期与出生时辰，系统会据此自动换算四柱八字，用途仅限于本次供灯仪式的登记与祈福文书。八字与生辰属敏感个人资料（个人资料保护法令 2010 第 40 条所指之宗教信仰相关资料），我们不会用于本次仪式以外的任何用途，亦不会提供予第三方作行销之用。The Three Divine Lamps service requires your date and time of birth, from which the Four Pillars (BaZi) are automatically derived. This is used solely to register and inscribe the current lamp offering. Birth details and BaZi are sensitive personal data under section 40 of the PDPA 2010 (religious belief). They are not used for any other purpose, nor disclosed to third parties for marketing.
• 关于保存：见第七章「排盘服务的特别保留期」。三才燈的供灯登记资料，於供灯期间及结束后的合理会计与稽核期间内保存。Three Divine Lamps registration data is retained during the offering period and for a reasonable accounting and audit period thereafter.See the special retention rule in section 7.
• 关于收款与表单：還陰債排盘服务的款项由 Mimo Solutions 代为收取及处理，仅限于完成付款所必需的范围。三才燈供灯的报名资料，目前透过 Google 表单服务记录，并以 WhatsApp 与您联络确认；该等资料同受本政策约束。Payments for divination services are collected and processed by Mimo Solutions, limited to what is necessary to complete the transaction.
