以下条款（「本条款」）适用于您透过本网站、WhatsApp、Facebook 或任何渠道使用 PERSATUAN DEWAN KHAI CHIANG SENG-ONG-HU MALAYSIA（PPM-001-14-22052023）（即「马来西亚開漳聖王府总会」、「MKCA」、「本会」）所提供的一切服务、会员制度及文化公益活动。

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of all services, membership and cultural/CSR activities provided by Persatuan Dewan Khai Chiang Seng-Ong-Hu Malaysia (PPM-001-14-22052023), also known as "MKCA", through our website, WhatsApp, Facebook or any channel.

一、活动与服务范围1. Scope of Activities & Services

本会提供的活动与服务包括但不限于：/ Our activities and services include, but are not limited to:

• 文化传承 / Cultural heritage：開漳聖王陈元光与八十七姓将士历史、闽南信俗与非物质文化遗产的推广与教育 / promotion and education of Kai Zhang Sheng Wang heritage, the 87 founding clans and Minnan intangible cultural heritage.
• 信俗与法会 / Ceremonies：開漳聖王信俗活动与文化法会 / cultural rituals and ceremonies.
• 公益 CSR 与人道援助 / CSR & humanitarian aid：社区公益、慈善捐助与人道援助计划 / community programmes, charitable giving and humanitarian aid.
• 癌症关怀基金 / Cancer-care fund：癌症病患关怀与援助计划（细节以本会正式公布为准）/ cancer-patient care and support (details per official announcements).
• 会员制度与功德积分 / Membership & merit points：会员激活、会员福利与功德积分 / member activation, benefits and merit points.

二、会员、报名与付款2. Membership, Registration & Payment

• 会员激活及活动报名须透过官方渠道完成：本网站、WhatsApp (+60 11-4051 9311) 或官方 Facebook (mkca1413) / register only via official channels.
• 如活动设有报名截止或名额限制，请依公布时限完成手续 / observe published deadlines and quota limits where applicable.
• 付款/捐款完成后，请将付款截图（含参考号及时间）发送至 WhatsApp，本会将于 1 个工作日内核实 / send payment screenshot via WhatsApp; verified within 1 working day.
• 请务必转账至本会官方账户，切勿转账至个人账户 / Always pay to the association's official account, never to a personal account.

三、活动执行3. Event Delivery

• 文化活动与法会将按公布日期执行；若因不可抗力须更改，本会将提前透过 WhatsApp 通知并安排改期 / events run on published dates; if changed due to force majeure, we notify in advance and reschedule.
• 海外会员与善信可透过线上方式参与（如适用）/ overseas members may participate online where applicable.
• 会员福利与功德积分按本会章程与公布规则发放 / member benefits and merit points are granted per our rules.

四、用户责任4. User Responsibilities

• 提供准确的会员及报名资料，本会对因资料错误导致的问题不承担责任 / provide accurate details; we are not liable for problems caused by incorrect data.
• 妥善保管付款截图及参考号以备查询 / keep payment screenshots and references.
• 不得冒充本会、本会成员或以本会名义进行任何未经授权行为 / do not impersonate us or act in our name without authorisation.
• 不得将本会内容用于商业转载或散布虚假信息 / do not reuse our content commercially or spread false information.

五、知识产权5. Intellectual Property

本网站及相关渠道上的一切内容，包括但不限于文字、图片、活动资料、音频、视频、标志等，均为本会所有或经授权使用。未经书面许可，不得以任何形式复制、修改或商业使用。

All content on our website and channels — including text, images, event materials, audio, video and logos — is owned by or licensed to us. It may not be copied, modified or used commercially without written permission.

六、免责声明6. Disclaimer

• 本会提供的信俗与法会活动属精神文化及民俗范畴，不保证任何特定效果 / rituals/ceremonies are spiritual/cultural; no specific outcome is guaranteed.
• 活动内容不构成专业医疗、法律或财务建议 / nothing constitutes professional medical, legal or financial advice.
• 因不可抗力、网络中断或第三方平台故障导致的延迟，本会不承担责任 / we are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, network outages or third-party platform failures.
• 用户提供错误资料导致的问题，由用户自行承担 / users bear responsibility for issues arising from incorrect data they provide.

七、适用法律与争议解决7. Governing Law

本条款受马来西亚法律管辖，并受《社团法令 1966》相关规定约束。如发生争议，双方应先以友好协商方式解决；协商不成，提交马来西亚有管辖权法院处理。

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, including the Societies Act 1966. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably; failing that, they shall be submitted to the competent courts of Malaysia.

八、条款修订8. Amendments

本会保留随时修订本条款的权利。修订后的条款将在本页面公布并注明生效日期，继续使用本服务即视为同意修订后的条款。

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms are posted on this page with an updated effective date; continued use constitutes acceptance.
